30-Day Return Guarantee
When you shop with us, you’re protected by our 30-day return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is verified.
Key Conditions:

The 30-day return period begins from the date your product is shipped.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Unclaimed Deliveries: If an order is returned due to non-collection from the post office, a refund will be issued minus a $16.95 shipping and handling fee.

Change of Mind / Incompatibility Returns: A $19.95 restocking fee applies, covering administrative costs, labour and restocking.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified fault or error on our part.
What’s Not Covered
Refunds cannot be issued for the following:

Requests made after 30 days from shipment.

Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition.

Change of mind returns not related to product defects.

Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, accidents, or inadequate care.

Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Returns of products in discontinued or outdated packaging (e.g., after a rebrand).
Sale & Promotional Periods
During sale periods, all purchases are final.

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for change-of-mind orders once placed.

This ensures all customers are treated fairly and allows us to process higher order volumes efficiently.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure their shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be re-shipped for $14.95.

Alternatively, customers may request a refund minus a $19.95 restocking fee.
Return Verification
All return requests undergo verification to ensure they meet this policy’s requirements. We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

In these cases, we cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.

As our fulfilment partner, CJ DS’s dispute policies apply. This includes:
